The clients wanted to modernise the house to include a full refurbishment, new open-plan kitchen-diner area, new loft, full redecoration throughout and new summer house in the garden.

We opened up the rear of the property on the ground floor and created a L-shaped open-plan kitchen-diner with a side return utility room and a new kitchen. The previous small loft was removed and we installed a new full-width loft creating a master bedroom with en-suite and a separate office. We knocked through a separate toilet and bathroom creating a new larger family bathroom. Created a new Summer house and storage at the rear of the garden. 

A completely rejuvenated space for modern family living with full interior and exterior.
