A full development to include a loft conversion, 3-storey rear extension and single-story side extension. Remodelling of the existing garage and landscaping of garden and pool installation.

A 3-story rear extension included removing the existing roof to open up the space, creating a gym, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, refurbished 3 bathrooms and extended one of the bedrooms on the first floor and we extended the kitchen to the rear and to the side, adding on a utility room on the ground floor. All windows were replaced throughout and the front entrance was remodelled before complete redecoration throughout. Remodelling of the existing garage into an external swimming pool and games room and landscaping of garden and swimming pool installation completed the job which came in ahead of schedule and within the original quoted budget.

This project added on an additional 2,500 square foot to the property turning a 4-bedroomed family home into a 6-bedroomed, 4 bathroom home with gym, open-planned kitchen and living area, a swimming pool, outside pool house and landscaped garden.
