The brief here was to complete a project that was already time sensitive, to the high standards stipulated by the client. The project involved a complete refurbishment of a 2 bedroom lower ground floor maisonette. The refurbishment involved the addition of new windows, installation of a new floor, full modernisation of both the kitchen and bathroom and the inclusion of a balcony off the kitchen overlooking a fully landscaped courtyard.

The team spent around 8 weeks onsite to complete the job. Scott managed the project directly with the client via weekly site meetings.

The client set out to achieve a complete modernisation of the flat, and was more than happy with the results that display clean simple finishes, modern fittings and windows and a completely modern and stylish look.
