Create two separate bedrooms and a separate bathroom out of the loft space in this 1920's mid terraced London home.

After removing the rear section of the roof we then created a full width dormer adjoining onto two existing dormers each side. Working closely with our architect to maximise the space we were able to give this property two additional bedrooms plus another bathroom making it a 4 bedroom house plus a home office.

A bright airy space for our teenage children allowing them to have equal sized double bedrooms and their own area in the house with their own bathroom has been a revolution for our family dynamic!
