Refurbishment Case Study - Elmsfield Avenue, North London:

THE BRIEF
This deco style house was purchased in an interesting condition. The house hadn't been touched in over 60 years and was in need for a full make over. The clients had a very tight budget and the brief was to keep cost at a minimum while concentrating on finding and enhancing the original style of the house.

THE JOB
The kitchen was gutted and the old galley kitchen dividing wall was removed to give a single open space. The remainder of the house was gutted, downstairs was damp proofed, and full electrics and plumbing installed. A beautiful new bathroom was installed upstairs and full decoration throughout, including the fitting of new oak parquet flooring.

THE RESULT
The clients love the result, they love the open downstairs space, and they have styled the house beautifully to house a stunning collection of vintage furniture and artwork.

words from the client...

"Scott and his team were great to work with. We found him to be up front when issues arose, and his straight forward nature made things easy to resolve. Transparency, honesty and integrity were key to us, having a tight schedule and tight budget. Scott understood the brief and did a great job in helping us achieve it, couldn’t recommend more highly.”
